Reporting infringement

We respond to valid takedown notices under the U.S. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and equivalent laws. If you believe a sound infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our designated agent.

What your notice must include

• Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed;
• Identification of the specific sound (its title or a link) so we can locate it;
• Your contact information — name, address, email, and phone;
• A statement that you have a good-faith belief the use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or the law;
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that your notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act on the owner's behalf;
• Your physical or electronic signature.

Email your notice to dmca@imgkilo.com with the subject "DMCA Takedown". Incomplete notices may delay our response.

Counter-notification

If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice with your contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief it was removed in error.

Repeat infringers

We remove content from repeat infringers and may restrict access for accounts associated with repeated valid notices.
