By downloading, installing, or using MemesFx ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

MemesFx is intended for users aged 13 and older. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the app only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.

3. Your license to use MemesFx

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the app for your own non-commercial enjoyment. You may not resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the app or its sounds.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful, harassing, or harmful purpose;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the app's source or catalog in bulk;
• Interfere with, overload, or disrupt our servers or the analytics service;
• Circumvent rate limits, access controls, or usage caps;
• Use automated tools to scrape or mass-download the catalog.

5. Your content

The soundboards, likes, and names you create are yours. If you sign in, you grant us permission to store and sync that content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for the names and labels you choose.

6. Intellectual property

The app, its design, and its original assets are owned by MemesFx. Third-party sound clips remain the property of their respective owners — see Copyright & Content.

7. Service changes and availability

We may add, change, limit, or remove sounds, features, or the app itself at any time, with or without notice. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

8. Disclaimer of warranties

The app is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MemesFx is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the app.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms. You may stop using the app and delete your account at any time.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes are reflected by the "Last updated" date above, and continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
